Connector housings demand the tightest molding tolerances in the industry: pin channels, latch clips and polarization keys must align perfectly for reliable contact. TR Manufacturing molds circuit connector housings for automotive and industrial electronics.

High-performance materials - PA66-GF, LCP, PBT - are molded on precision tools with cavity pressure monitoring. Wall sections around pins are balanced to prevent short shots and flash.

Dimensions affecting contact resistance (pin channel roundness, latch position) are checked on every cavity with go/no-go gauges and vision inspection.

UL94 V-0 material grades and RoHS/REACH compliance documents are provided.
